Any copyright transfer is subject to a separate written agreement, which governs the terms of the transfer.

We sell digital products in the form of licenses for the use of logo designs.

  • By purchasing a product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the selected logo in accordance with the license type you purchased (Personal, Commercial, or Extended Commercial). Please see our Licensing Agreement for the permitted uses.
  • Depending on your license type, this license allows you to use the logo in projects such as branding, websites, social media, and marketing materials.
  • Please note: You are purchasing the right to use the logo under the specified license terms, not ownership of the design itself. Copyright and all other intellectual property rights remain with Cultmark.com, unless the copyright has been purchased under a separate written agreement.
  • Copyright Buyout: Available upon request and subject to a separate written agreement. If you wish to acquire copyright ownership of a logo, please contact us at cultmarkcom@gmail.com to discuss the terms.

3. Payments

All transactions are processed securely via third-party payment providers to ensure the highest level of safety for your data.

Currency: All prices are listed and processed in USD.

Primary Processor: Our primary payment gateway is PayPal.

Payment Methods: We accept payments through PayPal accounts as well as all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. A PayPal account is not required to complete a transaction via credit or debit card.

User Responsibility: By completing a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

Third-Party Terms: You acknowledge that your transaction is subject to PayPal’s own terms of service and privacy policies.

4. Delivery

After successful payment, the digital product will be delivered:

  • via email, and/or
  • through a download link provided on the website.

Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 24 hours in some cases.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and products available on this site, including minimalist and abstract logo designs, are the intellectual property of Cultmark.com, except for logos whose copyright has been purchased under a separate written agreement.

  • Redistribute the designs as standalone assets.
  • Copy, reproduce, or claim the original design as your own creation for the purpose of sub-licensing to others.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cultmark.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
